Klinik Kartini BTN Kupang, in an effort to raise public awareness of the importance of eye health, held a joint gymnastics and eye health community service (baksos) event on June 8, 2024. The event was enlivened by the use of advanced DRSPlus technology from iCare to provide accurate and comprehensive eye examinations for the community.
Fun and Healthy Gymnastics
The event began with joint gymnastics followed by the general public. The gymnastics was led by an experienced gymnastics instructor and packaged with cheerful and energetic music. This joint gymnastics aims to improve the community’s fitness and physical health.
Free Eye Examinations with DRSPlus iCare
After the joint gymnastics, the event continued with an eye health baksos. This baksos used advanced DRSPlus technology from iCare to provide accurate and comprehensive eye examinations for the community. DRSPlus iCare is a TrueColor confocal fundus imaging device that produces detailed and color-rich retinal images. This tool allows ophthalmologists to detect a wide range of eye diseases more easily and accurately, such as diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, glaucoma, cataracts, and others.

This baksos is open to all ages and is free of charge. The community can take advantage of this opportunity to get free eye examinations and consult with eye specialists.
